"This is just a short note to say how much we enjoyed our lunch last Sunday.(31/08/08).  The hot boxes are absolutely
amazing.  It was a cold day and the food was piping hot even 1 hour after delivery.  The meat was incredibly tender and
 adults and children couldn't get enough of the chicken drumsticks but we still didn't run out.  Having you cater for our
son's First Holy Communion was one of the best decisions we made for the day.  Thank you so much!"

Hi Lee,
            Just to let you know that everyone at our engagement /surprise wedding (12/09/2009) continually commented
throughout the night on how good the food was and how much there was, we had plenty left over so doggy bags went
home with some of the guest as we didn't want to waste any. I would recommend you for other people if they are having

Just wanted to drop you a line to reflect on the catering that you provided for Tony's 40th birthday.Firstly, the roast is just as you say - excellent
 and easily the best in Melbourne! We had compliment upon compliment about the food which all went except for a couple of bags of fruit salad
 (which we'll use for another birthday!), the supplies were also greatly appreciated from the packet of serviettes to the large sized bottle of
delicious Dijon mustard! The whole experience of working along-side Cop a Roasting to make Tony's day a success, was terrific and we look
forward to calling on you again in the future.
 
 Please be sure to add the above to your website as we are happy to sing your praises. However ... next time and for future please include
 plenty of brochures or business cards as the number of inquiries we received about using your service was huge and I could only refer those
 people to a website which I couldn't quite remember as I had had a few drinks ... and I would have preferred to give them a card/leaflet to
 ensure you received the  booking/inquiry (rather than relying on my memory!). I'm sure you guys are flat out - but new business is what it's
 all about I would think.
