Spit Roast Meats:

Roast Beef             -    Our traditional roast beef bolar or silverside. Trim, tender and tasty.
Porterhouse Beef -    Cooked to your liking from medium-rare to well-done. A favourite is
                                the peppered porterhouse with black peppers infusing the meat.
Peppered Beef      -    Traditional roast beef, but infused with black peppers for a kick.

Roast Lamb Leg    -    Leg only, boneless and terribly moist and tasty. We can season it
                                internally with stuffing or externally with rosemary to your liking.
Lamb Shanks         -    Tender full lamb shanks slow-cooked for hours. Serve with veggies.

Roast Pork            -     The best roast pork you have tasted. Our pork is so tasty and tender.
Pork Loin               -     Try the Pork loin for that extra special function. It is lean and tender.
Roast Ham            -     We make and smoke our own hams from pork leg. No binding or fake
                                ingredients used in our process. You won't believe the taste. Perfect
                                Christmas functions with apple sauce.

Chicken Drumsticks -  Tender meaty drumsticks. We can flavour your drumsticks with BBQ or
                                cajun flavouring.
Mixed Chicken      -     Chicken maryland pieces, thigh and drumsticks flavoured to your
                                liking. We can add chicken breast pieces for you too. (Nominal fee applies).

Corned Beef        -       A perfect wintery meal with our tender soft corned beef.
Pork Ribs             -       2 per serve. These are terribly good pork ribs marinated in plum sauce

Asian Rice Salad      -   An asian style salad with a sweet soy dressing. Red capsicum, corn
                                 spears, celery, water chestnuts, carrots tossed with brown rice.
Seeded Mustard &   -  Seeded mustard dressing, over boiled chat potatoes with spring onion
Bacon Egg Potato        bacon and egg pieces.
Beans & almond      -   lightly spiced mayonnaise based pasta salad, slithered almonds,

Betroot salad           -  Betroot mixed with sweet mayonnaise dressing, corn, onion, beans.
Brocolli & almond    -  Similar to the Beans & Almond salad but with Brocolli.

Hawaiian Coleslaw  -  Our traditional coleslaw with a hint of pinapple.
Cous Cous                -  Steamed in vegetable broth, peas mint vinaigrette, spring onion.
Curried bean salad -   Mild curry dressing, tomato, onion, 4 beans with corn and parsely.
Egg salad                 -   Hard boiled eggs chopped & seasoned, spring onion and mayonnaise.
Fruit salad                -  Orange, apple, canteloupe, honeydew & water melon, pineapple etc
Garden Salad           -  Mixed lettuce, tomato, red onion, mushrooms with french dressing.
Greek Salad             -  Tomato, cucumber, red onion, capsicum, olives,fetta & lemon dressing
Hokkein Noodle      -  Hokkein noodles blanched and combined with carrot, capsicum and a

Mediterranean        -  Sauteed vegetables with coriandar, spices, olives & tomatoes mixed

Potato Salad            -  Peeled, cubed & diced boiled potatoes. Mixed with dill spiced
                                mayonnaise, sour cream and chopped dill pickle cucumbers.
Red Macaroni salad-  shell pasta mixed with italian tomato & onion sauce & garnished.
Russian Potato        -  Boiled diced potatoes with jackets, mixed with hard boiled eggs,
                                carrots, peas and dilled spiced mayo. We also add pickle cucumbers.
Seafood Salad         -   Mayonnaise based, shrimps, seafood extender, celery.
Seeded mustard      -  creamy home-made seeded mustard mayonnaise, boiled chats in

Hot Apple Strudel    - For functions where staff are supplied. Served with cream.
Chocolate mud cake- A rich chocolate mud cake served with cream.

Rocky Road cake     - Choc mud with nuts and marshmallows. Served with cream.
Mars Bar cake          - Choc mud with caramel and chocolate nougat. Serve with cream.
Cheesecakes            - Your choice of lemon, strawberry, passionfruit served with cream.
Black Forrest cake   - Chocolate sponge layered with cream and sour cherries.
Banana Cake            - Moist banana cake with thick layer of cream cheese, crushed nuts etc.
Carrot cake               - Moist carrot cake finely carrot a pineapple juice with layer of cream

Tiramisu                    - Fresh coffee cream mixed with custard, with chocolate pieces.
